Recovery Support Services funded by NSW Reconstruction Authority
Recovery Support Services are here to help people who have been affected by the floods by providing personalised, free, and long-term support. They provide:
- A dedicated support worker
- Assistance to access financial grants, services and loans
- Practical, personal and emotional support
- Recovery updates and information
- Links to other services and programs in your community.

Healthy North Coast provides a range of information about being prepared, responding to and recovering from disasters and other emergencies. Their website includes links to services available in the Northern Rivers.
Rural Adversity Mental Health has some useful fact sheets around adversity and disasters. They have local staff in the Northern Rivers available to talk to.
