Local Contributions Register
Section 217 Division 4 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2021 requires councils to maintain a contributions register that contains the following information:
- particulars sufficient to identify each development consent for which a condition has been imposed, including:
- the development application to which the development consent relates
- the relevant consent authority
- the date on which the development consent was granted
- the nature and extent of the development contribution or development levy required by the condition for each public amenity or public service, including:
- the purpose for which the contribution or levy was received
- the value and location of any land dedicated or material public benefit provided
- the total of the contribution or levy payable
- the total of the contribution or levy received
- the contributions plan under which the condition was imposed
- the day on which the development contribution or development levy required by the condition was received, and its nature and extent.
