How to download the attachments
- Select PDF to download a copy to your own device. Council Meeting Agendas include a link to each attachment, which can be downloaded separately by selecting the PDF icon.
- The PDF for committee meetings includes a non-searchable version of the attachments. This allows for committee members to print the full document if required. To download committee meeting attachments separately, use the HTML version.
Public Forum agendas and minutes
Public Forums formed a compulsory part of the Model Code of Meeting Practice from 1 January 2026 until the regulation was disallowed and Council reverted to its Code of Meeting Practice Policy (previously adopted August 2025) from 28 May 2026 onwards.
Members of the public that would like to speak at an Ordinary meeting must now register a Deputation as per the previous process - see Council Meetings for further information.
The Agenda and Minutes documents for the Public Forums that were held during this period of time are published below for information.

There were no requests to speak received by 12noon Tuesday 10 February 2026 for the Public Forum scheduled for Wednesday 11 February 2026 at 4pm, therefore this Forum will not proceed.

Councillor questions – upcoming business papers
The publishing of Councillor questions and requests for information from the General Manager about matters to be considered at a Council or Committee meeting to Council's website formed a compulsory part of the Model Code of Meeting Practice from 1 January 2026 until the regulation was disallowed and Council reverted to its Code of Meeting Practice Policy (previously adopted August 2025) from 28 May 2026 onwards.

Livestream captions are available via Microsoft Teams. Select turn on live captions from the Microsoft Teams menu:

Please note closed captions are a feature of Microsoft Teams software and Council does not have control as to how the content is relayed to closed captions. This means that some words are misunderstood by the closed caption service.
Recordings have closed captions and transcripts available. To turn the Vimeo Transcript function on, toggle the transcript button on the top right corner of your video screen:
