Ballina Shire Development Control Plan 2012 – Amendment No. 13 

Council adopted the amendments to the Ballina Shire Development Control Plan 2012 (the DCP) at its Ordinary Meeting held on 28 February 2020.  Amendment No.1 to the DCP will take effect from 4 May 2020.

The purpose of Amendment No.13 is to provide supporting development controls associated with Amendment No.46 of the Ballina Local Environmental Plan 2012, which provides for industrial retail outlets in association with approved rural industries on land subject to the RU1 Primary Production zone and RU2 Rural Landscape zone of the BLEP 2012.

This advice is provided in accordance with Clause 21 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.
