Community Wellbeing Activities

Ballina Shire Council is running a series of FREE community-centred wellbeing activities across Ballina in the months of March, April and May to support community social recovery.  A range of community wellbeing activities are open to all local residents to learn and practice skills to manage stress and anxiety and to build individual wellbeing and positive health outcomes.

All community members welcome to join the community recovery events, not just those directly impacted by the floods. Come along, learn something new and build new connections.

If you have any questions, please contact Council's Community Recovery Officers by email communityrecovery@ballina.nsw.gov.au or phone 1300 864 444.

These events are supported by the Australian Government and NSW Government through the Community Recovery Program.
