Ballina Shire Council is running a series of FREE community-centred wellbeing activities across Ballina in the months of March, April and May to support community social recovery. A range of community wellbeing activities are open to all local residents to learn and practice skills to manage stress and anxiety and to build individual wellbeing and positive health outcomes.
All community members welcome to join the community recovery events, not just those directly impacted by the floods. Come along, learn something new and build new connections.

Creative CompassionTuesday 11 June 2024 Women are invited to learn the art of creative self-compassion through mindfulness and art. This program has been designed and facilitated by a qualified Social Worker. There will be an opportunity for women to connect and enjoy lunch and refreshments. This group is delivered by Northern Rivers Women and Children Service (NORWACS) – WORTH Program. |
