Important: This form is for emergency use by plumbers only.

All other customers must apply for a sewer diagram via Council's Community Portal. 

Please allow two working days for your application to be processed.

We will aim to provide the information electronically, if this is not possible files will be made available at Council's Customer Service Centre.
