Ballina Shire Council has completed construction of the Wollongbar Residential Estate Stage 3 with the plan of subdivision now registered.

The Estate comprises 30 serviced residential lots and a larger lot (Lot 31) allocated for the development of a childcare facility.

 10 Dundee Avenue (Lot 31) is on the market for sale by private treaty.
