Council has engaged Morgan’s Earthworks to undertake civil construction works to create 12 serviced industrial lots ranging in size from 1,527m2 to 4,497m2 in Boeing Avenue, Ballina.
Subject to weather, the works are scheduled for completion in February 2024 with registration of lots to occur mid-2024.
It is anticipated that the lots will be auctioned mid-2024.
