Boeing Avenue, Ballina

Civil construction works to create 12 serviced industrial lots ranging in size from 1,527m² to 4,497m² in Boeing Avenue, Ballina are now complete.

Council is awaiting registration of the lots which is proposed to occur early 2025.

 It is anticipated that the lots will be auctioned towards the latter part of the year.
